LUBRAL LS 2000 M

LS 2000 M is our line of soluble mineral oils. By nature, these products provide superior lubricity and cooling properties. When mixed with water the fluid adopts a milky appearance, giving the process high levels of detergency in medium and heavy load operations. The LS 2000 M product line encompasses two options: the LD option for application on ferrous and non-ferrous materials (steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper alloys, among others.) and the HD option, which is reinforced with extreme pressure additives for heavy loads and is compatible with ferrous materials only. Both options provide excellent protection against corrosion and low foaming tendencies. Furthermore, to prolong the fluid’s lifespan in your deposit, our LS 2000 M line is reinforced with a boost of bactericide.

This fluid is compatible with steel alloys, cast iron, aluminum, and copper alloys, as well as plastics and other components.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for application in mild cutting, lathing, and drilling operations.

Lightweight machining and polishing: 5%

Moderate machining: 8%
