LUBRAL MORGSTEEL
The Lubral Morgsteel product line is a premium circulation lubricants line, developed with high-quality mineral oils and an additive package that provide high resistance to oxidation and sludge formation during rolling mill service operations. Furthermore, these products can release water (demulsibility), air, and other contaminants, thus improving the system’s cleanness. This is particularly important in MORGOIL® bearing lubrication systems, which have small oil deposits and require a lubricant that can separate water and other contaminants quickly, due to the low staying periods of the lubricant. Lubral Morgsteel meets and exceeds the specifications set forth by MORGOIL® Advanced Lubricant (Super Demulsibility).
APPLICATION
Recommended for lubricating ball bearings in the circulating systems of steel roller mills, backup roller bearings in rolling mills, particularly the bearing systems found in MORGOIL® products.

LUBRAL MORGSTEEL
La línea Lubral Morgsteel es una línea de lubricantes de circulación premium, desarrollados con aceites minerales de alta calidad y un paquete de aditivos que otorgan de alta resistencia a la oxidación y formación de lodos cuando se somete al servicio de laminación. Otra cualidad es su capacidad para separarse rápidamente del agua (demulsibilidad), el aire y otros contaminantes, logrando mayor limpieza en el sistema. Lo anterior es particularmente importante en los sistemas de lubricación de rodamientos MORGOIL® cuyos depósitos de aceite son pequeños, requiriendo un lubricante que pueda separar rápidamente el agua y otros contaminantes debido a los bajos tiempos de residencia del lubricante. Lubral Morgsteel cumple y excede las especificaciones para MORGOIL® Advanced Lubricant (Super Demulsibility).
Aplicaciones
Se recomienda para lubricar las chumaceras de los sistemas circulantes de molinos de laminación de acero, cojinetes de rodillos de respaldo de trenes de laminación, particularmente los sistemas de cojinetes MORGOIL®.
