LUBRAL HVI HYDRAULIC OIL

The Lubral Hydraulics HVI DYNAVIS® (HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX HYDRAULIC LUBRICANT) product maximizes your equipment’s energy savings. These fluids are formulated with Dynavis® technology, which maintains viscosity in a wide range of temperatures due to a high viscosity index and high stability in cutting conditions. Furthermore, these products provide exceptional protection against deterioration, high thermal stability, resistance to oxidation and corrosion that is way beyond what conventional hydraulic oils can offer, thus avoiding the generation of sludge and lac, protecting seals in hydraulic systems, yielding low volatility, high stability in shearing conditions, avoiding pressure decreases and viscosity loss, reducing energy consumption, and providing excellent demulsibility.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for high-performance hydraulic systems found in industrial equipment, such as: Plastic molding and injection machines; tooling machines; presses; cranes; air compressors that require hydraulic oils; construction, mining, earth-moving, marine, and agricultural equipment; forklifts, water pumps; etc., where the formation of oxide deposits caused by temperature, such as resin, varnishing, and lac, is critical.
