LUBRAL LS 3000 SEM

LS 3000 SEM combines the best of two worlds: the lubricity provided by soluble mineral-based oils and the cleaning and cooling properties commonly found in synthetic soluble oils. The fluid acquires a light color when mixed with water, which allows for greater visibility and cleanness during the process. It provides excellent protection against corrosion, low foaming tendencies, as well as excellent lubricity and cooling properties during the machining process.

APPLICATIONS

LS 3000 SEM is ideal for the lightweight machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, in cutting, drilling, lathing, reaming, and stapling processes, among others. It is compatible with steel alloys, cast iron, aluminum, copper alloys, plastics, and other compounds.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Lightweight machining and polishing: 5%.
