LUBRAL LS 5000 SYN

LS 5000 Syn is a high-performance product for a wide variety of metalworking operations, including reboring and tooling. By nature, this chlorine-free product is an excellent option for your processes, as it reduces environmental impact at the time of disposal (reducing chemical oxygen demand and biological oxygen demand issues). When mixed with water, it forms a completely transparent solution with extended service life due to its high resistance to bacteria. Its low foaming tendency (inherent to the fluid’s chemistry) reduces material losses in deposits and enables a cleaner operation.

 

APPLICATION

LS 5000 SYN can be used for machining ferrous and nonferrous metals, including stainless steel with high nickel content, but excluding magnesium and copper. It can be used for reboring, drilling, and lathing applications, among others.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE :

Lightweight machining and polishing:

Moderate machining: 7%

Drilling and threading: 7%

Lathing and cutting: 7-10%
